Alan Brubaker

Alan Arthur Brubaker passed away without warning and in peace on August 15, 2015, in his home. Alan was born January 15, 1944, in Los Angeles, California. He leaves behind his two sons, Darryl and Kris; his mother, Ellen; and a sister, Irene. He is also survived by many thousands of ham radio colleagues in many other countries and in our own country and locally as well. Alan has been a generous, loving person all of his life and always put others before himself in a very unselfish way. He loved his God and always tried to live as God would want him to. He passes now into a better place where he can be with his beloved wife of 45 years, Eileen. Alan will be missed by his family, his friends, his community and his church. A memorial will be held honoring Alan on Thursday, September 24, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Northwoods Presbyterian Church, 4723 Griffith Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82009. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations in Alan's name may be made directly to the church.
