Albin John Muller, Jr., "Big Al", was born January 30, 1936, in Springfield, Massachusetts, and died May 20, 2011, at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Big Al is survived by a daughter, Lynn (Paul) Reynolds of Cheyenne; granddaughters, Chrystina (José) Cortes of New Jersey, and Lisa Rivera of Cheyenne; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Lisa; and a son-in-law, Richard. After retiring from Pratt & Whitney Aircraft after 30 years, he made his home in Cheyenne. He was a member of the American Legion Post 6. He will be remembered for his kindness, generosity and telling his funny "old stories". He was proud of his German heritage, loved airplanes, history and fast cars. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him but now he has gone to be with his Savior. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2011, from 4-5 p.m. at the Schrader Funeral Home with a Vigil for the Deceased to follow at 5:00 p.m. at the Schrader Chapel. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Wednesday, May 25th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father Ray Moss as celebrant. A private interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Expressions of sympathy in Big Al's memory may be made the Disabled American Veterans, P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301.
