Alice Oberg, 70, of Cheyenne passed away May 25, 2012. Alice Claire was born August 27, 1941 in Cheyenne to George and Catherine Daiber. She was a member of St. Christopher's Episcopalian Church. Alice was an amazing person, loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her children, Lesley Weidel of North Tonawanda, NY, Aaron (Aurora) Oberg of Cheyenne, Holli (Rick) Freeman of Minneapolis, MN, Todd Oberg of Fort Collins, CO and Seth Maxwell of Cheyenne; siblings, George C. Daiber of Tucson, AZ and Connie Campbell of Arizona and six grandchildren, Ashleigh Oberg, Natalie Weidel, Daniel Weidel, Zachary Peters, Jeffrey Soos, Olivia Oberg and her grandpup Maggie. She was preceded in death by her parents George and Catherine Daiber, and two grandchildren Jack and Claire Oberg. Alice grew up in Cheyenne Wyoming where she lived her whole life. She attended Elizabeth Tolerton School of Dance for many years. Alice loved and deeply appreciated her friends at Holy Trinity Manor, where she lived the last 4 years of her life. Alice's children are deeply saddened by the loss of their mother and will miss her immensely. Her memory will forever live on in them. Private family services will be held.
