Andre Oliger

André R. Oliger of Cheyenne died December 9, 2013. He was born November 16, 1941 in Metz, France. He immigrated at age seven to Lockport, New York. In 1964, he opened Mr. Andre's Executive Headquarters as the first Barber/Stylist in Cheyenne. He leaves a wife, Diana, and two step-children, Michelle DeHerrera (Max), of Cheyenne and Brent Schropp (Jill), of Seattle, Washington, and 4 grandchildren, Heather and Whitney Morris, and Tyler and Andrew Schropp. He was preceded in death by a brother, Roland Oliger. Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held. Those who wish may contribute to the Salvation Army.
