Andrew Montoya

Andrew James Montoya, 48, of Cheyenne passed away November 10, 2021 at his home surrounded by family.

Andrew was born September 15, 1973 in Farmington, New Mexico to Dorothy Montano and Arnold and Marcy Montoya. He married Suzanne Ivie on March 12, 2011 in Farmington, New Mexico at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Andrew worked at the oil fields before becoming self-employed as a long-haul driver.

Andrew was a loving husband and father.

Andrew is survived by his wife, Suzanne Montoya; children, Aubrey Jaquez, Pacian Montoya, Devin Montoya, and Makayla Montoya, all of Cheyenne; siblings, Valerie Lucero, and Jeffery (Regina) Montoya, both of Farmington, New Mexico; grandchild, Cooper Jaquez; and many nieces and nephews.

A service will be held at a later date.

Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home, located at 2222 Russell Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001.
