Ann M. Kasselder, 95, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, formerly of Pine Bluffs, Wyoming, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2015, in Cheyenne. Ann was born April 29, 1919, to Jacob and Nora Gydesen of Scotia, Nebraska. In 1938, she married Wesley Johnson in Greeley, Nebraska. To this union three daughters were born. They later divorced. She then married E.L. Kasselder of Ericson, Nebraska, where they lived before moving to Giltner, Nebraska, and later to Pine Bluffs. The couple had four children. Ann loved cooking and had her own café in Giltner for several years. She was well known for her cinnamon rolls. She cooked for many years at The Wild Horse Café in Pine Bluffs. Ann resided in Pine Bluffs for many years before moving to Cheyenne where she lived until her death. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elwood; parents; brothers; sister; daughters, Sharon Kasselder and Ethel Gwaltney; and sons-in-law, Dale Gwaltney and James Raschella. She is survived by daughters, Shirley Johnson of Cheyenne, Carol Lanning of Pine Bluffs, Elaine Raschella of Lebanon, OR; and two sons, Jerry Kasselder of Hereford, CO, and John Kasselder of Farson, WY. She leaves to mourn 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and three great-great grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. Per Ann's request, no funeral services will be held. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. In Ann's memory, memorials can be made to Pine Bluffs Baptist Church Building Fund or Cheyenne Animal Shelter.
