Ann Sawyer

Ann H. Sawyer, 83, of Cheyenne passed away May 1, 2019 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. She was born May 12, 1935 in Union, NY to William and Freda Hrebek. She married John Sawyer on October 5, 1954 in Elmire, NY. She was a member of Free Will Baptist Church and was retired from Laramie County School District #1. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, John Sawyer; children, Bill (Luann) Struble of Elmire, NY, Mark Sawyer of Pennsylvania, Jackie (Johnny) Dent of Vero Beach, FL, Debbie (Mike) Polson of Cheyenne and Stanley (Patsi) Sawyer of Cheyenne; 12 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; son Mike Struble and a grandson, Charlie Sawyer. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Cheyenne Animal Shelter or Black Dog Animal Rescue. Memory services will be Tuesday 1:00 p.m. in the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home with interment to follow in Mountain View Memorial Park.
