Ardice Marquiss

Ardice M. Marquiss, beloved mother, 80, of Cheyenne passed away July 5, 2017 in Cheyenne. She was born June 9, 1937 in Kimball, NE to Arland and Jenny Person. She married Ford A. Marquiss on May 10, 1963 in Pine Bluffs, WY. She retired from the State Training School in Lander, WY. She was a member of the Wyoming Public Employees Association. She is survived by her daughters, Julie Marquiss of Cheyenne, Shelly Marquiss of Jackson, WY and Diane Bircher of Alpine, WY; grandsons, Zachary and Randy Johnson of Cheyenne. She was preceded in death by her husband and parents. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Meals on Wheels or Alzheimer's Foundation. A Celebration of Life & luncheon will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in the Schrader Reception Center at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
