I crossed the veil and entered silence. In this realm of stillness I heard a voice, my own true voice. I was small and insignificant in this world, yet I felt larger and more alive . I felt a shift inside, an alignment of homeostasis. My breath slowed, my mind quieted, my spirit was filled with a renewed sense of peace and a feeling of being home~ (Dee Borgerson, March 20th, 2017)
