Arlene Sherman

Arlene A. Sherman, 101, of Cheyenne passed away March 26, 2019 at Lifecare Center of Cheyenne. She was born on November 27, 1917 in St. Onge, SD to Raymond and Jessie Bush. She married Austin Sherman on April 6, 1947 in Belle Fourche, SD. She was a cosmetologist, having owned Sherman's Beauty Salon. She is survived by her daughter, Penny Sherman of Cheyenne; grandchildren, Victoria Nickles, Michelle Parks, Rick Wilson, Teri Moseley, Tina Fearneyhough, Cindy Ferrari, Cally Turse, An Brucker and Greg Chavez; 26 great-grandchildren; 20 great-great-grandchildren; daughter in law, Jenny Sherman of Surprise, AZ; and a sister in law Sherry Sherman of Cheyenne. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; son, Richard Sherman; daughter, Marlene Kay George, 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Those who wish may contribute to Meal on Wheels. Services will be Tuesday 1:00 p.m. in the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. Private interment of her urn will be in Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
