Arnette Perna

Arnette "Alma" Perna, 80, of Knob Noster, MO, formerly of Cheyenne, WY, passed away Sunday, November 10, 2013, at Country Club Care Center in Warrensburg, MO. She was born August 20, 1933, North College Hills, OH, the daughter of Arnold and Dorothy (Stadelman) Burke. On May 7, 1954, she was united in marriage to Lou Perna in North College Hills, OH. He preceded her in death on February 20, 2008. She is survived by one son-in-law, Billy Palmer of Knob Noster, MO; four granddaughters, Desiree Deuschle and husband Justin of Kansas City, MO, Alycia Palmer, Kasey Palmer, both of Knob Noster, MO, and Kerriane Perna; and one grandson, Brian Perna. Alma was also preceded in death by her parents; one son, Robert Perna on August 19, 2012; her daughter, Lynn M. Perna on September 29, 2013; her great-granddaughter, Trinity Palmer; two sisters, Dorothy (Budke) Koheler and Katherine Williams. Committal services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Columbarium in St. Mark's Episcopal Church with Father Rick Veit officiating. Memorial contributions are suggested to Addison's Grace and can be left in care of Schrader Funeral Home.
