Arthur J. Fisher Jr., known as "Tony" by family and close friends, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 6, 2014, after a lengthy illness with family by his side at Davis a Hospice Center at the age of 44. Tony was born in Midland, Michigan, and grew up in Southern California where he enjoyed the beach, skydiving, scuba diving and deep sea fishing. As a young man, he proudly joined the United States Army and participated in operation "Just Cause" in Panama. Later in life, he returned to Midland, Michigan, where he re-connected with an abundance of family and formed deep friendships. He embraced the family oriented community and outdoor activities of camping, fishing and deer hunting with his uncles and friends. He was also fortunate enough to hunt for caribou near the Arctic Circle. In recent years, he re-located to Cheyenne and enjoyed working as a crude oil truck driver. His love for the outdoors continued and enjoyed elk hunting with his Uncle Brian and friends. His other interests included NASCAR, BBQ, rock-n-roll music, old movies and sweet treats. He was such an amazing, generous, loving and caring man with a big heart and a great sense of humor that touched so many lives. He will be loved and missed by all!! Tony is survived by his mother, Lucy Patton of Cheyenne, WY; father of his heart, John J Patton, Jr. of Yorba Linda, CA; sisters, Christine Fisher, Michelle Patton and Debi Patton (Cadiz) of Yorba Linda, CA; brother, John M.
