B. McCowan

B. Sue McCowan, 80, of Cheyenne passed away January 3, 2018 at Davis Hospice Center. She was born September 30, 1937 in Charleston, WV to Otho and Veda Maddox. She married Everett "Tip" McCowan on May 13, 1961 in Arlington, VA. She was retired from the Laramie County License Bureau and was a member of SonRise Church of Nazarene. She is survived by her husband Everett "Tip" McCowan of Cheyenne; sister, Frances Bailey of Florida and several nieces and nephews including Randall Bailey and Lisa Osterman. She was preceded in death by her parents. Cremation has taken place and services will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday in the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
