Barbara Jean "Jeannie" Spatz

Barbara Jean "Jeannie" Spatz, 89, of Cheyenne passed away February 20, 2017, at Life Care Center of Cheyenne. Jeannie was born July 12, 1927, in Burns, Wyoming, daughter of Clifford and Wilma (Combs) Spatz. While living on the family farm, Jeannie enjoyed raising sheep and lambs. Her other great joys were caring for her pet poodles and spending time with her family. Jeannie is survived by nephew, Craig Spatz of Hillsdale; niece, Wendy Harding of Meriden; and sister, Martha Coyle-Anderson of Lingle. She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Elston Spatz. A private interment will be held in Cheyenne Memorial Gardens. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. Jeannie made Life Care Center of Cheyenne her home for 26 years, and her family will be forever grateful for the love and care shown to her by the staff and administration.
