Betty Stiggers

Mrs. Betty Stiggers, 77, of Cheyenne died April 7, 2015 at Cheyenne Regional medical Center. She was born December 16, 1937 in Kaufman, TX to Armond and Texana Hodge. She married Andrew Stiggers on August 16, 1958 in Cheyenne. She was an alterations seamstress at National Furs and Fowler's. She was a member of Holy Temple Church of God in Christ where she has served faithfully as church mother and evangelist missionary. She is survived by one daughter, Della (John) Beasley of Cheyenne; two grandchildren, Michael and Marc Beasley; two stepchildren, Gail Stiggers-Wilborn of San Antonio, TX and Gary Stiggers of Warner Robin, GA; 2 brothers and 4 sisters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew Stiggers, son, Donald Stiggers, an infant child and 2 sisters. Those who wish to contribute may contribute to the Holy Temple Church of God in Christ Building Fund, 567 W. 5th St., Cheyenne, WY 82007. Visitation will be Thursday, April 16th 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Schrader Funeral Home. Services will be Friday, April 17th at 11:00 a.m. in the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader Funeral Home with Elder Myron Wilson officiating. The eulogist will be Pastor Willie Harris. Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery, followed by a repast in the Schrader Reception Center.
