Billy Terrell

Billy Joe Terrell, 67, of Cheyenne, Wyoming passed away Saturday, December 22, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Billy was born September 18, 1951 in Hugo, Oklahoma, a son of the late Noah and Evelyn Terrell. Billy worked for the Foxtail Ranch as a farm hand. His many interests included shooting, traveling, reading, painting, drawing and collecting. He will be remembered as a loving family man. Billy is survived by three children, Brandie (Adolph) Martinez, Tabatha (Mike) Luna and Charlotte Terrell; two sisters, Carline Terrell and Lena Mae Terrell; brother, Noah Terrell; and 11 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Stephanie Terrell; son, Dwayne Terrell; brother, Mac W. Martin; and sisters, Betty Jo Cathy and Caroline Terrell. Private family services will be held. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
