Budd C. Chapman, 80, of Cheyenne passed away on June 18, 2016 in Cheyenne. He was born May 29, 1936 in Pueblo, CO to Clyde and Thelma Chapman. He married Kay Agee on August 23, 1959 in Cheyenne. He served three years in the US Army in the Post Ordinance Alaska. He then served 24 years as an aircraft engine mechanic for the Wyoming Air National Guard 153rd CAM before retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant. His interests included aviation, fishing, shooting, Coca-Cola collecting, gardening and cooking. Budd is survived by his wife of 56 years, Kay Chapman of Cheyenne; daughters Machelle (Marcus) Stotts of Cheyenne and Terri (Jim) Brownell of Las Vegas, NV; grandchildren, Jaimelyn (Michael) Chavaree, Jasmin (Kyle) Brownell, Zachary (Alison) Simpson, Jerrica Simpson, Lacie Brownell, Mia Scully, Michaela (Jessie) Scully, Mariah (Kyle) Lane, Macy Scully, Emily Scully; step-grandson, Tyler, (Lauren) Stotts; great-grandchildren, Riley, Bianca, Kylyn, Natalee, Michael, Hannah, Gracelyn, Oliver, Clara, Braxton and Kingston; step-great-grandchildren, Michael, Jr., Emma, Keyan, Scarlet and Nile; sister, Thelma (Benny) Lewis of Laurel, MT. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Clyde Chapman, Dick Chapman and Don Chapman and 4 great-grandchildren. Those who wish may contribute to the Wounded Warrior Project. Graveside Services will be Friday 3:30 p.m. in Beth El Cemetery, with a reception to follow in the Schrader Reception Center.
