Cal "Ken" Hull

July 10, 1944 — December 1, 2015

Cal Kenneth "Ken" Hull of Laramie, passed away Tuesday, December 1, 2015, at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center surrounded by his loving family following an extended illness. He is the son of Jack and Blanche Hull, and he was born July 10, 1944. He retired in 1980 as a real estate broker, and spent his younger years skiing, biking and running. His second wind came when he met his wife, Georgia. They spent the next 12 years motorcycling, exploring the United States, Europe and Japan, and traveling to visit children. Ken was a loving father and grandfather to his and Georgia's children and grandchildren, always there to support and advise each of them. On the lighter side, Ken's days were filled with adventure as he could be found attending daily coffee club, cleaning, dusting, doing laundry and watering his beloved plants. He spent his afternoons on the Lazy Boy watching Fox News and enjoying a Foster's beer. His one and only regret would be that he wasn't able to live long enough to cast his vote for Donald Trump. Ken will be missed by those that love him. His salty (and somewhat sarcastic) sense of humor and kind heart brightened the lives of those around him. Ken will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Georgia Carmin; daughter, Brownell (Scott and grandson McKay) Colby; son, Chandler (Kaurina) Hull; brothers, Keith (Amanda) Hull, Dave (Connie) Hull, and Casey (Dawn) Hull; aunt, Jane (Joe) Giovannini; and his step-children, Robynn (Dan) Levene, Jay (Anna) Palmer, and Brian (Catherine) Palmer; and grandchildren, Kayle, Paige, Sierra, Ryan, Brandon, Kolby, Grace, Charlotte, Amelia, Landon and Zoey. In keeping with the wishes of Ken, there will be no funeral services. Cremation is under the direction of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
