Carol Chapman

Carol Ann Chapman, 81, passed away on November 15, 2017 at Granite Rehabilitation Center. Carol was born on December 5, 1935 in Torrington, Wyoming to Leroy and Lillian Hogoboom. Carol worked as a bookkeeper for Stockbroker Bank in Cheyenne for many years. Carol's late husband Jerry proudly served in the military and Carol became a home maker. Carol was an accomplished flute, organ and piano player. She also loved crafts and crocheting. Carol is survived by a daughter Valerie (Ted) Harding; four grandchildren, Kristina Bliss, Kristen McCall, Ronnie Ann Chrisman, and Billy Chrisman; and five great-grandchildren. Carol was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents and a brother Richard Hogoboom. A memorial service will be held on Sunday November 19, 2017 in Lakeview Chapel 3:00p.m. at Schrader Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. A private family burial will take place on Monday, November 20, 2017 at Cheyenne Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association.
