Carol French

Carol Lynn French, 57, died on September 16, 2018 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Carol was born on January 2, 1961 in Syracuse, New York to Donald and Ellen Bitler. Carol was a passionate reader and was very involved in politics. She loved her family especially her grandchildren. Carol was a dreamer, with entrepreneurial aspirations. One thing she always said was that her family was the "apple of her eye!" Carol is survived by her parents, Donald Bitler and Ellen (Chester) Ferrell; three children, Aubrie (Cory) Matthews, Ashley French and Travis (Hannah Goldberg) French; grandchildren, Jaydynn, Collin and Eli; and a sister, Cindy (Larry) Carrocci. A memory service will be held on September 22, 2018 at Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home at 10:00a.m. with Pastor Jerry Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Mountain View Memorial Park in Cheyenne. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Carol's honor at www.woundedwarriorproject.org.
