Carol Moore

Carol A. Moore, 73, of Albin went home to be with the Lord March 20, 2015 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. She was born December 27, 1941 in Cheyenne to Alvia and Beulah Cobble. She married her high school sweetheart William C. Moore on May 17, 1958 in Fort Collins, CO. Carol had a degree in computer science, an antique appraiser, worked collectibles at Goodwill, homemaker and a member of Golden Prairie Baptist Church. Carol was a loving, strong wife, mother, grandmother (Mema) and great-grandmother who enjoyed spending time working with her antiques, keeping her home and flower garden looking beautiful, spreading her love for the Lord and her family/friends. Her warm hugs and "I love you's" is one of many memories that we all hold dear to our hearts. She is survived by her husband, William Moore of Albin; daughters, Maureen Moore of Carpenter and Taunya (David) Hasting of Cheyenne; grandchildren, Tamara Moore, Tatum Schwindt, Geoff Hastings and Lauren Hastings; great-grandchildren, Natalee, Aleeah and Skyla; sisters, Darlene Hauer of Cheyenne and Pat Sandberg of Burns. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Angelica Moore, and granddaughter Kristin Hastings. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Schrader Funeral Home. A graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday in Albin Cemetery with Pastor Dan DeBruyn officiating. A reception will follow in the Albin Community Center. Those who wish may contribute to the Albin Ambulance Fund or Golden Prairie Baptist Church.
