Carol Ann (Pursley) Phifer, 62, of Cheyenne passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2019. Carol was born to Lester Dwight and Ruth Mae (Dickson) Pursley on November 15, 1956 in Stratton, Nebraska. Carol is survived by her mother; son Eric Phifer; daughter Sable Phifer; granddaughter Adalina; brothers Rod Pursley, Lester Pursley, and John Pursley. In addition, she is survived by numerous extended family and friends. Services will be held at a later date.
