Carrie Helms

Carrie Helms, 52, of Cheyenne died February 12, 2012 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. She was born September 3, 1959 in Cheyenne to George S. and Delores J. Line. She had worked as a cashier in the retail industry. She was a member of the American Legion Post #6 Auxiliary and the VFW. #4343 Auxiliary. She is survived by her fiancé, Jeff Sandoval of Cheyenne; daughters, Stephanie Helms (Leo Dusenberry) of Cheyenne and Lindsey (Les) Schwartz of Greeley, CO; grandchildren, Bryan and Sierra Dusenberry; sisters, Teresa (Harold) Morris of Parker, CO, Christine (Don) Wegner of Hillsdale, Cheryl Garcia (Ron Benzel) of Cheyenne; nephew and nieces, Travis Garcia, Chad Morris, Jenelle Mott, Paul Wegner and Eric Wegner. She was preceded in death by her father, George S. Line and her mother, Delores J. Homan. A Memorial Service will be 3:00 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 16 at American Legion Post #6. Cremation is under the care of Schrader Funeral Home.
