Casey Pafford

Casey P. Pafford, 33, of Cheyenne laid down to rest and ended his hard fought battle with cancer on June 18, 2015, at David Hospice Center surrounded by family and friends. Casey was born June 19, 1981, in Cheyenne to Randy and Kristie Pafford. He married the love of his life, Pam Dunn, on May 22, 2004, in Cheyenne. Casey was a project planner for Holly Frontier Oil and a member of Local #192, Pipefitters Union. Casey loved and lived life to the fullest. His smile was infectious when watching his sons, Hayden and Brody play baseball and watching his daughter, Taylor ride her horse. Hunting, fishing and spending time with family and friends at the family cabin only touches the surface of the things that Casey enjoyed. Casey was honored and motivated to continue fighting against this disease in order to coach and be a member of the Cheyenne Stars baseball family. Casey is survived by his strong and amazing wife, Pam; three beautiful children, Hayden, Taylor and Brody; parents, Kristie (Wayne) Lindquist and Randy Pafford; brother and best friend, Michael (Teresa) Pafford; grandmother, Jeri Lemburg; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Casey was preceded in death by three grandparents. Casey will be missed each and every day by many, but his love and strength will live on forever. Viewing will be Tuesday 3:30 - 7:30 p.m. with family receiving friends from 5:00 - 7:30 p.m. at Schrader Funeral Home. A memorial followed by a Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 24th at the Archer Complex Center.
