Darwin G Mainwaring

Darwin G. Mainwaring, 82, of Cheyenne, passed away December 6, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.

Darwin was born in Richland Center, Wisconsin on October 5, 1940 to Francis and Rena (Shore) Mainwaring. He married Betty Jo Fonte on July 20, 1968 and worked as a mechanical engineer on the Rivet Mile program at F.E. Warren Air Force base.

Darwin is survived by his wife Betty Jo Mainwaring of Cheyenne, his three children, Scott Mainwaring (Jessica Mainwaring) of Cheyenne, Douglas Mainwaring (Rene Mainwaring) of Cheyenne, and Lori Ramkissoon (Shakti Ramkissoon) of Raleigh, North Carolina, and his seven grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to First Presbyterian Church. Services will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, December 12, 2022 at First Presbyterian Church with a reception to follow.
