David Anspauch

David Robert "Bob" Anspauch, 83, of Cheyenne passed away March 19, 2019 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. He was born March 21, 1935 in Culbertson, Nebraska to Roy and Anna Anspauch. He married Luce Escobedo on July 21, 1957 in Cheyenne. He was a veteran having served in the US Navy and then retiring as a Colonel in the Wyoming Air National Guard. He was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral, Cheyenne Frontier Days Public Relation Committee, lifetime member of Military Officers Association and the American Legion Post #6. He is survived by his wife, Luce Anspauch of Cheyenne, children, Amy (John) Reiner of Cheyenne and Andy (Bridget) Anspauch of Grand Island, Nebraska; grandchildren, Alexa Reiner, Austin (Natasha) Reiner, Anna (Brodie) Ecklund, Brenan Anspauch, Kerrigan Anspauch (Chris Shelton), and Aidan Anspauch; great-grandchild, Rian C-Reiner; sister, Ruth Ostermiller of Loveland; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and 7 siblings. Those who wish may contribute to the Cheyenne Frontier Days Crisis Fund. A Vigil for the Deceased will be 6:00 p.m. Thursday in the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader Funeral Home. A Funeral Liturgy is 10:00 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Cathedral with military honors to follow.
