Diana Buffam

Diana L. Buffam, 89, of Cheyenne passed away February 5, 2022.

Diana was born January 28, 1933 in Waukon, Iowa to Peter and Avis (Leudeking) Pratt. She married Lorne Buffam on August 17, 1956 in Waukon, Iowa. Diana worked for many years as an Administrative Assistant for Sigma Chi Fraternity.

Diana loved to travel and had many opportunities when she moved from Iowa to Chicago then to Arizona, followed by Boston, Massachusetts and finally Cheyenne, Wyoming. She was fascinated by politics which was part of the reason she came to live in Cheyenne. Diana loved to watch romantic and thriller movies. She loved all of her pets.

She is survived by her daughter, Kim Buffam of Cheyenne.

Diana was preceded in death by her husband, Lorne Buffam; parents, Peter and Avis Pratt.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, February 15th, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. at Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers please make donations in Diana’s name to Davis Hospice Center.
