Donald Hamilton

Mr. Donald D. Hamilton, 74, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2013, at the Life Care Center of Cheyenne. Mr. Hamilton was born May 26, 1939, in Saltsbury, Pennsylvania, son of Homer D. and Helen B. (Bartkus) Hamilton. Don served as a Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, retiring after 22 years of honorable service. He also worked for the State of Wyoming DCI for 20 years. He was a wonderful man who was very optimistic. He was a loving husband, caring father and faithful member of the Cheyenne Korean Presbyterian Church. Don is survived by his loving wife, Yong P. (An) Hamilton; his daughter, Cindy; three sons, Stephan, Kevin and James; and three grandchildren, Ethan, Jasmine and Tyler. He is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Helen. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 4, 2013, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Schrader Funeral Home with refreshments served in the Schrader Reception Center. A funeral service will be conducted on Thursday, September 5th at 2:00 p.m. at the Schrader Chapel with The Reverend Yoon Kak Cho officiating. An interment service with military honors will follow at Beth El Cemetery.
