Dwight Trumbull

Dwight Irvin Trumbull 1958 – 2011 Dwight Irvin Trumbull, 52, of Cheyenne, passed away at the Davis Hospice Center on January10, 2011 after a brave battle with cancer. He was born February 19, 1958, in Cody Wyoming, to Marjorie and Dwight Otto Trumbull. Dwight graduated from Cody High School, attended Northwest Community College, and then joined the Army in 1978. He was stationed in Germany, Korea, and Kentucky during his 12 years of service. He returned to Wyoming to attend the University of Wyoming where he obtained a Bachelor of Science. He worked as a Lab Tech at the Cheyenne Regional Hospital and also at A-1 Rental. Dwight is survived by his mother, Marjorie Trumbull of Cheyenne, his father Dwight O. (Caroline) of Cody; his sisters, Pat Hopkins of Cheyenne and Luella Trumbull of Gillette; his daughter Lisa Wallis (Brad) of Kentucky, his sons Sean (Beth) Trumbull of Laramie, and Mike (Jessica) of Louisiana and 7 grand-children. He was preceded in death by his brother Harvey M. Trumbull and both Maternal and Paternal grandparents. A service is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 15 at Schrader Funeral Home in Cheyenne. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Cody, Wyoming on Tuesday, January 18, 2011. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Hospice.
