Earl DuQuoin

Earl E. "Duke" DuQuoin, 86, of Cheyenne died April 6, 2012 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. He was born on November 14, 1925 in Greenview, Illinois. In April of 1952 he married Nelwyn Olga Grebe in Clovis, NM. She preceded him in death in 1968. On September 16, 1972, Earl married Charlotte Armetta Hermansen in Cheyenne. She preceded him in death in 2000. Earl served in the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII. Earl was a commercial artist, owning and operating DuQuoin Graphics in Cheyenne for a number of years. He is survived by two daughters, Carol DuQuoin of Cheyenne and Kathy DuQuoin of Ft. Collins, CO, one son, Mark DuQuoin of Thayne, WY, and four grandchildren, and nine great grand children. Earl was preceded in death by both his wives, two brothers, Walter DuQuoin and Carl DuQuoin and one sister Kathryn Zell. A visitation will be held Monday, April 9 from 10 a.m. until 6 p.m. at Schrader Funeral Home. At his request, a private interment will be held at Lakeview Cemetery.
