Elynn D. (Brusnahan) Muir, 56, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away Monday, January 28, 2013, at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Elynn was born October 2, 1956, in Ukiah, California, a daughter of the late Lawrence R. and LaVon E. (Cook) Brusnahan. Elynn was a two-time Oakely Rodeo Queen in Oakley, Utah, and she loved to ride her barrel racing horce, Ruby. She was a wonderful caregiver and was very generous and loving to others. She also had a special place in her heart for animals, particularly her two dogs, Zues and Hercules. She will be remembered as a loving companion, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Elynn is survived by her significant other, Clarence D. Muir of Cheyenne; a daughter, Amanda E. Persinger of Cheyenne; a son, Larry A. Turner of Cheyenne; two brothers, Randy Brusnahan of Oakley, UT, and James Brusnahan of Kamas, UT; two sisters, Valerie Brusnahan of Kamas, UT, and Gloria of Eagle River, AK; and three grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and two daughters, Amber R. Williams and Gina M. Huggard. Elynn's family will be celebrating her life on Saturday, February 2, 2013, at 12:00 p.m. at 3201 S. Greeley Highway, Lot #17, Cheyenne. Cremation is under the direction of Schrader Funeral Home. Expressions of sympathy in Elynn's memory may be made to the Black Dog Animal Rescue, P.O.
