Evelyn L. Wall was born on July 3, 1949, to Robert and Alice (Pearson) Sheaman in Lusk. WY. She passed away at the age of 66 on November 30, 2015, at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center due to natural causes. Evelyn attended school in Lusk and Casper, graduating from Natrona County High School. She attended Casper College and graduated from the University of Wyoming with a B.S. degree in Family and Consumer Science. Evelyn taught in the Midwest and in Cheyenne at Johnson Junior High School. She was instrumental in developing the first Outdoor Living Program. She married Clifton Wall in 1984. She was active in the Wyoming Education Association, National Education Association and Association for Career and Technical Education, holding offices in all three organizations. She was a member of Alpha Delta Kappa and was active in the Cheyenne Quarterback Club in Support of Cheyenne High School athletics and University of Wyoming athletics. She was also a member of UW's Cowboy Joe Club, being an active attendee at sporting events, and served on Cheyenne Frontier Days Public Relations Committee. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifton Wall; parents; and brother, Gerald. She is survived by her brother, Kerry (Debbie) Sheaman of Ft. Collins, CO; nieces, Charlene Sheaman Smith of Cheyenne, WY, and Cayenne Schmidt of Wellington, CO; nephews, Todd Sheaman of Ft. Collins, CO, and Jeff Sheaman of Rock Springs, WY; sister-in-law, Gloria Sheaman; and one great-nephew. A memory service will be celebrated at a later date. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the CFD Public Relations Committee "Coats for Kids" Program or CFD Old West Museum.
