Frances L. Brandolino, age 86 years, died December 29, 2011 at Cheyenne Regional Medical Center in Cheyenne, Wyoming Frances was born in Joliet, Illinois on April 18, 1925 to Jacob and Mary (Concilae) Terlep. She attended St. Joseph elementary school in Joliet and received her GED from Joliet Township High School at the age of 50. She began working in housekeeping at age 14 and also worked in housekeeping at the old St. Joseph Hospital in Joliet. She worked at the American Institute of Laundry and for eighteen months at the Ruberoid. Frances married Joseph Brandolino at St. Joseph Church, Joliet on September 1, 1944. From the time of their marriage until his death on January 11, 2000, they lived in the family home on Jackson Street. In April, 2000 she moved to Cheyenne to live with her daughter Mary and son-in-law, Lynn, and had many dear friends in her adopted home town. Frances is survived by her daughter Mary Nystrom of Cheyenne; sons, Eugene Brandolino and wife, Margaret, of Crest Hill, IL, and Larry Brandolino of Plainfield, IL; sisters, Virginia Mestdagh and husband, Jerry, and Genevieve Dumyahn; granddaughters, Veronica Brandolino and Carrie Kelly and husband, Joe; and numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; her parents; son-in-law, Lynn Nystrom; daughter-in-law, Doris Brandolino; brother, Jacob Terlep, Jr.; sisters, Mame Dorr, Rose Kellner and Josephine Fajfar; nephews, Jacob Terlep, Leonard Dorr and Dennis Fajfar; nieces, Brenda Fanning and Sally Dumyahn; and numerous in-laws through marriage. In accordance with Frances' wishes, no services will be held. Cremation is under the direction of Schrader Funeral Home. Her remains, along with those of her husband, will be inurned at the City of Cheyenne Serenity Garden Columbarium. Friends who wish may donate to the Cheyenne Animal Shelter.
