Preceded in death by her parents; Fran also lost her siblings: Marguerite (who died early in infancy), Arthur, Angelo, Rudy, Samuel and Albert in her lifetime. Her best friend and oldest sister; Olga Stuck of Ocala, Florida passed in 2021, so her middle sister, Phyllis Bard of Cheyenne is her last, beloved, surviving sibling.
