Mr. Frederick Frank Baker, 67, of Carpenter, Wyoming, formerly of Toronto, Ohio, passed into the presence of his Lord and Savior on Monday, December 20, 2010, at the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center. Mr. Baker was born June 27, 1943, in Toronto, Ohio, a son of the late Leroy and Grace (Dorande) Baker. Frederick was a graduate of Jefferson Union High School in Richmond, OH, and Jefferson Community College in Steubenville, OH. He enlisted in the United States Navy and served courageously during the Vietnam War. Following his honorable discharge, he returned to Ohio where he married Dianna (Goddard) Baker on October 5, 1968. He worked at Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel for 22 years, and then attended school earning an associate’s degree in respiratory therapy while also becoming certified in prenatal care. He worked as a cardiopulmonary specialist in East Liverpool City Hospital until his retirement in 2007. On July 4, 2010, he and his wife moved to Carpenter to be closer to his family. He was extremely proud of his service during the Vietnam War, and he will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him. Frederick is survived by his loving wife, Dianna Baker of Carpenter; three daughters, AnneMarie Morrissette of Carpenter, Amy Baker of Dover, NH, and Melanie Baker of Cheyenne; and a sister, Glenna Lee of Oklahoma City, OK. He is preceded in death by his parents; an infant brother, Glen Baker; and a sister, Ruth Ann Baker. An interment service with Military Honors will be held on Thursday, December 23, 2010, at Ft.
