Frederick Blume

Fred Paul Blume, 84, of Cheyenne died September 10, 2011 at Davis Hospice Center. He was born March 6, 1927. He married Gullvi L. Plantell on May 22, 1960 in Denver, CO. He was Certified Professional Landman in the Oil and Gas industry. He was a member of Lutheran Church, Denver Assn. of Professional Landmen, Wyoming Assn. of Professional Landmen and the American Assn. of Professional Landmen. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. He is survived by his wife, Gullvi L. Blume of Cheyenne; children, Fred P. "Rick" Blume, Jr. of Denver, E. Bjarne Blume of Centennial, CO and Kristen L. Blume of Cheyenne; grandchildren, Lauren and Kristen Ann. He was preceded in death by Justice Fred H. and Blanche Blume. Funeral services will be Friday 10:00 a.m. in Schrader Chapel with Pastor Robert E. Schmidt officiating. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery.
