Fuller Palmer

Fuller K. "Kip" Palmer, II, 63, of Cheyenne died May 29, 2015 at Davis Hospice Center. He was born March 30, 1952 in Norwich, NY to Fuller K. and Barbara Palmer. He Married Cheryl Lynn Cox on December 3, 1992 in Cheyenne. He was a supervisor for the Union Pacific Railroad, retired. He is survived by his sisters, Shirley Palmer Baskin of Camarillo, CA and Mary Ann Palmer Strong of Trenton, NJ, several nieces and nephews and many dear friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Lynn Palmer and his parents. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cheyenne Animal Shelter in Kip's name. A Celebration of Life will be 12:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Schrader Reception Center, 2222 Russell Ave. Cremation has taken place under the care of Schrader Funeral Home and online condolences may be made at www.schradercares.com.
