Genevieve L. Peters, 91, of Cheyenne died September 23, 2014 at Lifecare Center of Cheyenne. She was born August 24, 1923 in Cheyenne to Christian and Katherine Mohrlang. She married Dyle Peters on July 8, 1944 in Cheyenne. She was a homemaker and a member of the Lutheran Church. She is survived by her sons, Gary Peters of Cheyenne, Randy Peters of Denver, and Dennis Peters of Cheyenne; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded by her husband, Dyle Peters; parents, Christian and Katherine Mohrlang; grandson, Bryan Peters; siblings, Alex Mohrlang, Emma Specht, Rosa Meyer, Daniel Mohrlang, Chris Mohrlang and Gladys Ferguson. Those who wish may contribute to the American Heart Association or Habitat for Humanity. A Memory Service will be Saturday 11:00 a.m. in the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader Funeral Home, 2222 Russell Ave. Services and cremation are under the care of Schrader Funeral Home.
