George Butler

George Lloyd Butler, 88, of Pine Bluffs died September 1, 2019 in the Comfort of his home. He was born July 10, 1931 in Kimball, NE. George was a war veteran, serving the US Navy and Army. He was a pilot and farmer, but most of all, a family man. After the service, George returned home where he married the love of his life, Darline Fritz. They shared 65 years together. He is survived by his wife Darline Butler; daughter Kim Abe (Leonard); daughter -in-law, Julie Butler; two granddaughters, Natacha Gaspar (Dustin) and Callie Abe (Bobb); six great-grandchildren, Jaiden, Jesse, Johnna, Jett, Babe and Sammy. He was preceded in death by his two son, Richard and Scott Butler; his parents, Clayton and Mae Butler and seven siblings. Private family services will be held.
