Grady Chaney

The Reverend Grady B. Chaney, 93, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away early Monday morning, October 2, 2017, at Life Care Center of Cheyenne. Grady was born January 9, 1924, in West Palm Beach, Florida, a son of the late Daniel G. and Ruth M. (Gresham) Chaney. Grady served honorably in the United States Army during World War II. His life's calling was dedicated to serving as an ordained minister for the Assemblies of God Church for more than 50 years. Grady is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Evelyn J. (Hebb) Chaney; six children, Grady B. Chaney, II, Gary B. Chaney, Martie Oestman, Amy Westling, Judith Hurley and Michael P. Chaney; ten grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; a son, Daniel J. Chaney; and a brother, Alton Chaney. His family will hold a memorial service at a later date. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
