Gregorio Trujillo

Gregorio N. Trujillo, 88, of Cheyenne passed away at home on May 10, 2017 Greg was born October 29, 1928 in Las Manuelitas, NM. Cheyenne has been his home after marrying Elsie Vigil on November 1, 1946 in Mora, NM. He enjoyed time with his family, gardening, fishing and hunting. He and Elsie owned and operated Elsie's Café prior to retirement. He is survived by his wife, Elsie; daughter, Irene (Jerry) Vigil; grandchildren, Anissa (Cory) Martinez, Natalie (Samuel) Hernandez, Greg (Stephanie) Trujillo, Sarah (Chris) Lucero of Cheyenne, William (Trisha) Vigil of Loveland, CO; great-grandchildren, Jared Sandoval, Jordan Sandoval, Christopher Trujillo, Cory Randall, Marissa Hernandez, Salina Hernandez, Joseph Lucero, and Jackson Lucero of Cheyenne; brother, Albert Romero of Cheyenne; sisters, Guadalupe Rael, Margie Baca and Della Romero of Las Vegas, NM and Mary Gallegos of Cheyenne. He was preceded in death by his son, Joseph "Joey" Trujillo; brother, Damian Trujillo and parents. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to St Joseph's Catholic Church. A Funeral Liturgy will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church; reception at Moose Lodge. Services are under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
