Gretchen Fagin

Gretchen L. Fagin, 70, of Cheyenne passed away June 24, 2019 in Cheyenne. She was born December 6, 1948 in Vancouver, WA to Allyn and Elna Van Patten. She married James Fagin on January 31, 1970 in Las Vegas, NV. She was a retired pre-school teacher, and was a member of the First United Methodist Church. She is survived by her husband, James Fagin of Cheyenne; children, James-Jason (Alice) of Little Rock, AR, Elizabeth (James) Dickey of Mancos, CO and Emilie (Brian) Minarcik of Denver, CO; brother, Frederick Van Patten (Susan Rivers) of Blacksburg, SC and grandchildren, Elias, Wyatt, Sophia, Itzhak, and Bowie. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Steve Van Patten. Those who wish, may contribute to the American Cancer Society. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday in the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.
