Harold Hemphill

Harold "Joe" Hemphill, 81, of Cheyenne died April 17, 2014 at the VA Hospital. He was born September 30, 1932 in Cheyenne to Harold and Florence Hemphill. He married Flo Reed on June 2, 1956 in Cheyenne. He was a past president and secretary for the Bricklayer's Union, Past Master and 50 year member of Acacia Lodge #11, A.F. & A.M. and the Shriners. He is survived by his children, Todd Hemphill of Cheyenne, Lisa Ojeda of Cheyenne, Amy (Tony) Lucero of Cheyenne and Gail Garcia of Mesa, AZ, grandchildren Angie, Sarah, Ciarra, Rhiannon, Taylor, Autumn, Joel, Zack and Josh; great-grandchildren, Dalila, Chloe, Ammarissa, Elizabeth, Sophia, Kylie and Makaelyn; sister Nancy Lenhardt of Cheyenne. He was preceded in death by his wife of 57 years, Flo Hemphill; parents, and a sister Bonnie Agnew. Those who wish may contribute to the Shriner's Hospital for Children or Davis Hospice Center. A memorial service will be Saturday, April 26, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Masonic Temple, 1820 Capitol Ave. Cremation has taken place under the care of Schrader Funeral Home and online condolences may be made at www.schradercares.com.
