Harvey D. Swanson, 78, of Cheyenne, Wyoming, passed away at his home on February 26, 2018. Harvey was born May 6, 1939, in Denver, Colorado. A celebration of Harvey's life will be held on Monday, March 5, 2018, at 3:00 p.m. at The Four Winds. A private interment was held at Mountain View Memorial Park.
