Howard W. Jessop, 79, of Pine Bluffs passed away June 24, 2017 at his home. He was born June 20, 1938 in Pine Bluffs to Harold and Olga Jessop. Memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 28th at the Pine Bluffs Community Center.
