Howard Schrinar

Howard M. Schrinar, 68, of Cheyenne passed away April 21, 2018 in Cheyenne. He was born January 1, 1950 in Riverton WY to Samuel and Esther Schrinar. He married Mary Apodaca on August 23, 1969 in Riverton. He was an Attorney for the Wyoming Attorney Generals Office, was the Wyoming State Land Commissioner and Director of Lands for Peabody Energy Corporation. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and the Wyoming Bar Association. He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Mary C. Schrinar of Cheyenne; son Mike (Cori) Schrinar of Cheyenne; grandchildren, Emerson and Zander Schrinar; siblings, Samuel R. Schrinar of Riverton, Rose Cotton of Rapid City, SD and Kay Knudson of Ogden UT. He was preceded in death by his parents. Those who wish may contribute to Davis Hospice Center. Cremation has taken place and private family services will be held in Hidden Valley, Wyoming. Cremation is under the care of Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home..
