Irene Snow

Irene D. Snow, 63, of Cheyenne quietly left the Angels on March 28, 2015 to be with the Lord forever in glory. She was born August 12, 1951 to Flins and Geraldine Walker. She married Arnold Snow on July 24, 1987 in Cheyenne. Irene's desire for the truth and to be just a Christian was baptized into Christ in the spring of 1981. She then became a member of the Church of Christ written in the book of life. Irene believed she was truly blessed to go to work as a child care provider for the Montessori School of Cheyenne in 1982 and soon to be a Montessori directress. She was double blessed with her dream to open her own school in Sept. 2006, The Gift Shop "Children are a Gift from the Lord". She is survived by her husband Arnold Snow of Cheyenne; children Kim Walker and Traci Coleman of Atlanta, Ga., and Daniel Snow of Cheyenne; mother, Geraldine Walker of Cheyenne; siblings, Diane Haynes of San Antonio, TX, Elaine Newman of San Pablo, CA, Flins Walker, Jr. of Salt Lake City, UT, LaVonne Germian of Grand Forks, North Dakota, Avene Lambert, Toni Walker, Ronnie Walker and Germaine Walker of Cheyenne, and seven grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father Flins Walker, a son Kurston Jemar Roberts and a sister, JoAnn Tracy. Visitation will be Wednesday 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Schrader Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday 2:30 p.m. in Lakeview Chapel at Schrader Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park. Memorial donations may be made to Davis Hospice Center, 6000 Sycamore, Cheyenne, WY 82009.
