Ismaelita DeGuzman, 64, of Cheyenne died December 14, 2010 in Cheyenne. She was born December 21, 1945 in Negros Occidental, Philippines. She married Alfredo T. DeGuzman on June 7, 1967 in Angeles City, Philippines. She was a member of the Catholic Church. She is survived by her children, Alfredo DeGuzman, Jr. of Cheyenne, Albert DeGuzman of Cheyenne and Donna Origue DeGuzman of Glendale, AZ; two grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; sisters, Nita Madigan of Lubbock, TX and Puring Coe of Newburgh, IN. Graveside services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 22,2010at Lakeview Cemetery.
