James Rasnake

James M. Rasnake, age 67 of Cheyenne, WY, passed away on April 10, 2022. The Life of the man, the myth, the legend of Jimbo came to an end this week under the blowing winds of Cheyenne, WY. The old Laramie High School graduate, University of Wyoming alum, Army dog barked his last bark and howled his last time children. The yodeling grandpa may have sung his last tune, but left his family and friends with the greatest of memories. Many of you who sat at the bar while Jimbo served and told him your secrets, can rest easy your secrets are safe. Except that one, you know who you are. (The family is only asking for one million dollars to keep that secret.) Here is that added incentive to tip an extra buck or two to your bartender in honor of Jimbo who tended bar from Rawlins to Cheyenne. There will never be a better man on the plank. Always remember the bartender. As for all of you needing advice or having Jimbo come fix something, you are now going to need to look it up yourself on YouTube. On that note give your house-husband/handyman an extra hug and maybe even a kiss today. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date where family and friends can spread more half truths about our friend, brother, uncle, husband, father and grandfather. His legacy lives on in all of us.
