James F Sutherland

James F. Sutherland, 77, of Cheyenne passed away December 4, 2022 in Cheyenne.

He was born May 17, 1945 in Abington, PA to James H. and Erma Sutherland.  He married Aprilly Frederick on July 3, 1982 in Lake Tahoe, NV.  He was a veteran of the US Air Force and was branch manager for industrial distribution. 

He is survived by his wife, Aprilly Sutherland of Cheyenne; step-daughter, Bethany (Toby) Green of Cheyenne; grandson, Grayson Green; sisters, Beth Terry of Lancaster, PA  and Nancie Merlino of North Andover, MA; Sister-in-law Heidi Frederick of Salem , OR and Several nieces and Nephews & Great-Nieces and Great-Nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a step-son, David Stellpflug.

In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to Black Dog Animal Rescue or The Wounded Warriors Project.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 16, 2022 in the Lakeview Chapel at Schrader, Aragon and Jacoby Funeral Home.  Interment of his urn will be in Wheatland Cemetery at a later date.
